As part of an initiative to encourage children to read the class have been given Book Bug bags. Each bag contains three books for them to read and
keep. Prior to them being sent home we will be looking at each book and doing different activities to help the children become familiar with the texts. This week we have been reading This is the dog and have been doing lots of Big Reading tasks linked to the book. Such as sequencing activities, craft activities and sentence ordering.
